To start of my review i think rackfirm is one of the best hosting companys that i have seen yet, their support is unbeliveable. I have seen the way staff has helped the people who needed it most, he has delt with the problem very well, and has no bad reports. Another fact i would like to metion is that the uptime is so good that i would recomend the hosting to anyone who is looking to have their website online bascially 24/7. Using the support ticket system my questions have been answered properly in a nice manner and easy to read english, so i can always fix problems or have them fixed on my site

Recently I found out that my reseller hosting account was just not
robust enough for my needs, and decided to upgrade to a dedicated

My server has not experienced any downtime whatsoever, attaining 100%
up-time. Each sales and support ticket I have submitted has been picked
up and resolved within hours, not days. The Rackfirm staff has gone
above and beyond their scope of support, installed software upon
request, assisted me with keeping my server secure, and has been an
excellent resource on hosting technology.
As an IT consultant, a web designer, and a consumer, I recommend
